We ship all Lofti product within 1-2 days of the order being placed.  Please note, we don’t ship to FPOs, APOs, P.O. Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or outside of the United States (just yet, but stay tuned).  We don't take water back, but if your order was damaged or you received the incorrect order, we'll happily send you a new case, just reach out to us at info@loftiwater.com.
