  • What’s the difference between Sparkling and Shimmering?
    Sparkling Water, also known as carbonated water, contains a powerful acid called Carbonic Acid (H2CO3), burning mouths, throats, and stomachs, eating away at teeth and gums. Loftiwater eliminates the reliance on carbon for bubbles, and therefore Carbonic Acid, with a new bubble technology. The result is shimmering water, a radically new effervescence made up of water, essences and a galaxy of velvety sweet microbubbles, like sipping a cloud.
  • Is Loftiwater gluten free, vegan, non-GMO and kosher?"
    Yes.
  • Is Loftiwater safe for kids and diabetics?
    Yes, there are no sugars or sweeteners in Loftiwater.
  • Is Loftiwater allergy free?
    Yes.
  • Is there sugar or diet sweetners in Loftiwater?
    No.
  • How do you get fruit flavors without adding sugar?
    Loftiwater is flavored with natural essences (non-gmo, gluten free, vegan, kosher, salt free, sugar free) of fruit concentrate. We add a drop or two, for flavor.
  • Is there salt in Loftiwater?
    No. Unlike carbonated sparkling water, Shimmering Loftiwater does away with the reliance on carbon, and therefore carbonic acid, responsible for the sour and salty taste.
  • What is the pH of Loftiwater?

  • How is Loftiwater sourced and filtered?
    We do away with the harsh acids of carbonation by reimaging the infusion and bottling process. The result is Loftiwater, where imagination, craft & science intersect.
  • Does Loftiwater use fair trade ingredients?
    No.
  • What type of bottle does Loftiwater use and are they BPA free?
    While all the plastics used in our packaging are 100% recyclable, we do not believe that this is the end of it. We recognize that everything can be done better, that is why Loftiwater works with an imaginative group of scientists and thinkers to innovate the bottle. Our aim is to render our bottle and others commercially compostable - changing the bottle, changing our seas and changing our world. Yes, Loftiwater bottles are BPA free.
  • Where are Loftiwater products manufactured?
    Loftiwater is manufactured locally and sustainably in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania.
  • What is your return policy?
    We do not accept returns at this time. If you are truly dissatisfied, your order was damaged, you received the incorrect order or have any questions, please visit our contact page or email info@loftiwater.com and we will do our best to satisfy you! Because water bubbles should make you happy.
  • What is your shipping policy?
    We are thrilled you are trying Loftiwater! We ship all product within 1-2 business days of the order being placed. Please note, we don’t ship to FPOs, APOs, P.O. Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or outside of the United States (just yet, but stay tuned).
